WorkWave moves through second quarter with 168% year-to-date revenue growth

“In these uncertain times, it’s even more critical that we continue to focus on consistently delivering tangible value to our customers. That, combined with our ability to be a strong partner, will help them – and WorkWave – to meet any challenges they may face,” says the CEO of WorkWave David F. Giannetto. “We expect our outstanding success to continue and believe that our continued focus on running a well-run, profitable, organically growing business positions us superior to our competitors.”

New customer growth improved 68% year-to-date, with a net retention rate of 122% thanks to WorkWave’s continued efforts to provide excellent service, in addition to solid solutions, to its customers . Notably:

  • Expanded offering for growth-minded small and medium-sized customers with the launch of Real Green Lite and TEAM Lite – two new solutions that join PestPac Lite and extend WorkWave’s market leadership into additional green segments and cleaning residential, respectively.
  • Ongoing enhancements to the Real Green platform using WorkWave components, including award-winning forms, which allow businesses to design highly personalized contracts, proposals, and other paperless business forms; the first wave of industry-leading payment features to enhance the customer experience; and the launch of a Real Green community site, connecting Real Green customers directly to key WorkWave resources.
  • The launch of WorkWave’s Customer Experience department, focused on helping customers use WorkWave solutions in a way that results in tangible improvement in the operation, growth and profitability of their business. This is combined with an expanded Customer Success department focused on helping customers accelerate the consolidation of acquired companies into their organizations.
  • The first initial offerings of WorkWave’s new set of financial services, a collection of financial offerings that will range from credit cards, loans, bespoke insurance and more – all designed specifically to help WorkWave customers grow their business and maximize their money. This is combined with additional payment functionality in the form of proprietary mobile and back-office check scanning, securely scanning checks to improve cash flow and increase security.

Following this year’s strong growth, WorkWave saw a 243% increase in year-over-year employee growth and was named one of NJBIZ’s 2022 Best Workplaces for the eighth consecutive year.
