Spectrum Talent Management records revenue growth of Rs 465 crore in 2021-22, watches public show

New Delhi, India): Spectrum Talent Management, a one-stop solution for global and local human talent management needs, aims to go public within the next two years, supported by growth in the hiring segment. The company closed the fiscal year 21-22 at 465 crore, 55% higher than the previous year’s revenue of 298 crore. The company attributes its growth to increasing demand across all segments of the recruitment and staffing industry in India and globally. Additionally, it was also the result of recoveries/pent up demand from Covid induced lockdowns.

Spectrum Talent Management was incorporated in 2008, with a capital of 2 lakhs each by the two directors. With over 15,000 employees and 465 crore revenue generated, with over 9 offices in India and international offices in the US, UK and UAE, it has witnessed phenomenal growth over the past few years . So far, the organization has worked with over 300 clients globally and facilitated over 8,000 hires last year. Even in a pre-covid era, the organization made nearly 302 crores. There is a lot of development and aggressive expansion in the Indian market including services and manufacturing industries. The government’s “Make in India” initiative is also driving considerable demand in the manufacturing sector, and continued funding in the technology sector is driving strong double-digit growth. This, combined with the strong global demand for talent, will propel the company’s growth both in India and overseas.

Sharing his views on this remarkable performance, Mr. Sidharth Agarwal, Director of Spectrum Talent Management, said, “Our goal is to strengthen Spectrum’s position in the market as one of the leading talent management companies thanks to our unique solutions and quality service delivery. Having achieved revenue of 465 crore this year, we expect our business to continue to grow and hope to cross 1,000 crore by FY24.”

Mr. Vidur Gupta, Director of Spectrum Talent Management, said, “We are now looking to take it to the next level by making it public. We are already in talks with investors to raise funds, and we intend to use the fund for both organic growth and acquisitions. As India moves towards formal employment, the scope for growth is virtually limitless. It’s more about what we can do on our two fronts, permanent recruitment and contract staff. We have a great team with dynamic experience and well equipped to achieve our goals”.

The business world remains uncertain due to the continued threat to global health and the relatively dynamic nature of economies globally. Spectrum Talent Management forecasts a high growth rate due to accelerated digitalization and globalization propelled by the pandemic. Hiring for specialized positions hit a record high in the last quarter and is expected to increase in the coming months. With the goal of providing best in class HR services, Spectrum has established itself as a leader in the industry.
